Our Mission
We are a Christian-based organization dedicated to serving those in need with compassion and dignity. We were established to help individuals and families experiencing homelessness by providing essential supplies and nourishment. Through our Food Delivery and Outreach Program, we ensure that no one goes hungry or without basic necessities.
We provide hot meals, groceries, clothing, personal hygiene kits, toiletries, bus passes, first-aid supplies, and access to support on a mobile basis—going directly to where people are. Our goal is to meet immediate needs, offer comfort, and bring hope to those experiencing hardship.
Rodney M. Scott-Founder
Rodney M. Scott is the founder of Share the Love Organization, a community-driven nonprofit committed to serving under-served individuals and families across Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Guided by his deep faith and a calling to do the Lord’s work, Rodney has dedicated his life to providing essential supplies, compassionate support, and hope to those experiencing hardship. His leadership is rooted in service, humility, and a mission to uplift people who are often overlooked. Through Share the Love Organization, Rodney continues to expand outreach efforts that meet urgent needs, strengthen communities, and reflect God’s love in action.
Heather Sevier-Executive Director of Operations

Heather Sevier's journey has shaped a simple but powerful belief: people deserve to be seen, heard, respected, and supported-not judged by the hardest chapter of their lives.
As a justice-impacted woman with lived experience navigating re-entry, homelessness, recovery, grief and rebuilding, Heahter understands many of the barriers faced by the communities Share the Love serves. Rather than allowing those experiences to define her limitations, she transformed them into a deeper capacity to connect, advocate, problem-solve, and bring people together.
Her professional journey has included community outreach, substance-use and recovery services, peer support, case management, housing navigation, program development, workforce development, and leadership in programs serving people experiencing homelessness and other vulnerable populations. She has managed community-based programs, trained frontline staff in trauma-informed care and de-escalation, helped individuals navigate complex systems, and worked to connect people with housing, treatment, benefits, employment, education, and other resoiurces.
But Heather believes her most important qualification cannot be captured by a job title
It is Connection.
Lived experience allows her to meet people where they are because she understands what it feels like t need someone who will listen without judgment, recognize the person behind the circumstances, and stay focused on finding a solution. Her approach combines compassion with action: What is the problem? What resources do we have? Who needs to be at the table? And how do we work together to solve it?
This philosphy is at the heart of Share the Love.
Heather believes lasting community change requires unity rather than competition. No single organization, agency, business, or individual can solve homelessness, food insecurity, re-enty barriers, poverty, or community disconnection alone. Share the Love was created to build bridges-between people and resources, organizations and communities, lived experience and professional systems, and immediate assistance and long-term opportunity.
Her purpose is not to simply provide services. It is to advocate, create solutions, fill gaps, restore dignity, and help people recognize their own potential.
Healther's journey is that lived experience can become advocacy, and people who have survived broken systems can become some of the strongest voices for improving them.
At the center of everything she does is one principle: Kindness is free. Unity creates change. And, everyone everyone deserves to be treated with dignity.
That is Heather's purpose-and that is the heart of Share the Love.
